• Up to two (2)cats
• Or a combination of dogs and cats, provided the total does not exceed two pets

Small pets that are permanently housed within the home, such as fish, birds, or other animals kept in cages, aquariums, or similar enclosures, are also permitted.

Responsible Pet Ownership

We ask all pet owners to be considerate of their neighbours and help preserve the friendly environment that makes Oakleigh Park such a desirable place to live. When keeping pets at the park:

• Dogs must be kept under proper control at all times.
• The owner must keep any dog on a leash not exceeding 1m in length
• Pets must not be allowed to despoil the park
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Pets must not create excessive noise, nuisance, inconvenience, or disturbance to other residents.
• Pets should not be allowed to frighten or intimidate other park users.

The Pet Policy at Oakleigh Park is governed by the park rules and the terms of the Written Statement issued in accordance with the Mobile Homes Act 2013.

Breed Restrictions

For the safety and wellbeing of all residents, any dog breed prohibited under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 is not permitted within Oakleigh Park. If you have questions regarding a specific breed, our team will be happy to discuss the current park rules with you.

Assistance Dogs

Oakleigh Park fully supports residents who require an assistance dog. Registered assistance dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable legislation and park regulations. Residents may be asked to provide an Identification Book or other appropriate evidence issued by Assistance Dogs UK or a recognised successor organisation.
