• Dogs must be kept under proper control at all times.
• The owner must keep any dog on a leash not exceeding 1m in length
• Pets must not be allowed to despoil the park
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Pets must not create excessive noise, nuisance, inconvenience, or disturbance to other residents.
• Pets should not be allowed to frighten or intimidate other park users.

The Pet Policy at Oakleigh Park is governed by the park rules and the terms of the Written Statement issued in accordance with the Mobile Homes Act 2013.

Breed Restrictions

Oakleigh Park fully supports residents who require an assistance dog. Registered assistance dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable legislation and park regulations.
